RCG upgraded the building’s cooling capacity by adding two 60-ton modular chillers to the existing chiller plant. The project included removing the existing condenser water line and installing larger condenser piping from the 10th-floor cooling tower to the basement chiller plant. New chilled water lines were installed throughout the building to support future water-cooled air handlers, along with a new air handler in the cellar to provide heating and cooling for the Member’s Lounge.
