This project is an amenities space located in the Empire State Building. The project includes a custom multi-sport court with a custom Empire State Logo (Basketball & Pickle Ball with bleachers.) The space will involve three lounges, two golf simulator locations, and garage doors leading to basketball courts. Also included will be custom vinyl graphic ceilings, K13 ceilings, and acoustic micro-perforated ribbed metal ceilings. Other features include custom mosaic art with the Empire State Logo, a Reception Desk made of porcelain slab and metal trim, textured wall coverings, a catering pantry, and phone booths.
