RCG completed a full renovation of the main lobby at the Park South Hotel, transforming the space with updated finishes and a reimagined layout designed to seamlessly integrate two new restaurants. One features the renowned O Ya brand, led by Tim and Nancy Cushman, while the other introduces a new American Bistro concept. The project included significant infrastructure upgrades, including enhancements to all mechanical systems, underground utilities, and structural modifications to support the new design. The renovation was carefully phased to minimize disruption, ensuring the hotel remained fully operational throughout the process.
