This project involved renovating a historic landmark theater in Park Slope, Brooklyn—formerly the Pavilion Cinema—into a modern, in-seat dining cinema. The 35,000-square-foot theater received extensive upgrades, including a commercial kitchen, bar areas, and new electrical and utility services to support full kitchen operations. Mechanical systems were completely replaced, and new elevators were installed to ensure ADA accessibility. Theater spaces were transformed with new seating, lighting, and high-end finishes, creating a flexible venue for first-run and classic films, special events, and private functions. Throughout the renovation, RCG carefully preserved the building’s historic character, honoring its original architectural charm.
