Reidy Contracting Group successfully converted a townhouse into a restaurant, encompassing both landlord core and shell work as well as tenant fit-out. The project featured an extensive structural package, all-new MEPS systems, and new kitchens equipped with multiple exhaust runs. Additional highlights included new elevators and custom high-end finishes. This project involved dual ALT I/ALT II filings with the installation of new gas and electric services, ensuring a seamless transformation into a vibrant dining space.
