Reidy Contracting Group completed the full build-out of classrooms, a laboratory, library, warming kitchen, and gymnasium. The project featured a complex structural package, including the removal of a center column in the basement to accommodate a basketball court/gymnasium, jacking of the building, and foundation reinforcement. A new storefront was installed, along with extensive interior acoustic paneling, and a completely new MEPS infrastructure was implemented throughout the facility.
