Reidy Contracting Group completed a full gut renovation of the 25th floor of the Park Hyatt New York, transforming the existing spa into three luxurious presidential suites. The project scope included the installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler (MEPS) systems, seamlessly integrated with advanced building controls. High-end interior finishes were implemented throughout, including custom stonework, millwork, carpeting, and premium plumbing fixtures. The suites were outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and a carefully curated furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) package to ensure a sophisticated and opulent guest experience.
