RCG has completed the renovation of multiple floors of guest rooms for the New York Athletic Club. A typical floor upgrade included work to all guest rooms and corridors with new carpet, wall covering, fabric panels, plaster work, millwork refinishing, and restroom upgrades. Work took place while the rest of the guest rooms and club was open, which required working very closely with the owners and trades to develop work schedules that minimized rooms being offline.
