Project Details

Kingside, located on the street level of Viceroy New York, is a French-influenced New American restaurant on 57th Street. Featuring high ceilings, a graphic chessboard-style floor, and an open chef’s kitchen with leather stools and glazed brick walls, it exudes elegance reminiscent of Grand Central Terminal. RCG played a key role in realizing the Roman and Williams design, balancing aesthetics with functionality for Chef Marc Murphy and the Gerber Group. The bar boasts a striking curved lightbox of fluted glass and metal that enhances the impressive sixteen-foot-high space. Above Kingside, The Roof is an alluring lounge and outdoor terrace with stunning views of Central Park, also designed by Roman & Williams and operated by the Gerber Group, providing a luxurious atmosphere to complement the dining experience below.
