Located on the ground floor of Two Bryant Park, this project introduced Fauchon’s first New York café and retail concept, bringing the Parisian gourmet brand to Midtown Manhattan. The build-out created a refined hospitality environment combining café dining with specialty retail for the company’s signature pastries, chocolates, and gourmet products.

Construction included two commercial kitchens with recirculating hood systems, significant structural and MEP upgrades, and extensive coordination within the occupied tower. Architectural finishes such as stone mosaic flooring, decorative glass, and custom millwork were carefully installed throughout, creating an elegant café and retail destination inspired by the brand’s Paris flagship.
