Reidy Contracting Group completed a high-end lounge and workspace in the Hudson Yards mall, featuring state-of-the-art bathrooms, showers, and custom ceilings. The project included the installation of a new storefront façade, plant walls with a fully interactive irrigation system, and nature-inspired design elements. Unique amenities such as ceiling-mounted swings, napping pods, phone booths, and iPad-integrated lighting and mechanical systems were also incorporated. Completed in just 14 weeks, including full TCO, the project was delivered through effective planning, scheduling, and vendor management.
