Upgrading and increasing existing building cooling capacity by adding two (2) 60 ton module chillers to existing chiller plant. Demolition and removal of existing condenser water line from cooling tower on 10th floor roof down to chiller plant in basement. Furnish and install larger sized condenser piping from cooling tower on 10th floor roof down to chiller plant in basement. Furnish and install new chilled water lines from chiller plant in basement throughout building to accommodate future water cooled air handlers. Furnish and install new air handler in cellar which supplies cooling and heating to Member’s Lounge.
