The main lobby of Park South Hotel was fully gutted and renovated with new updated finishes and layout, which will tie into the two new restaurants. One will be the established O Ya brand (with Tim and Nancy Cushman) and the other a new American Bistro concept. The project also included infrastructure upgrades for all of the mechanical systems, including new underground work, as well as, new structural work to accommodate the new layout. The project was phased as it was occupied throughout.
