Conversion of a townhouse into a restaurant, including both landlord core and shell work and tenant, fit-out work. The project includes an extensive structural package, all-new MEPS systems, new kitchens with multiple exhaust runs, new elevators, and custom high-end finishes. The project is a dual ALT I/ ALT II filing with new gas and electric services.
