This project involved a high-end build-out of 29,500 SF on the 55th Floor. The space includes (2) commercial kitchens and cooking areas, custom millwork, metal, and glass and ceiling fabrications at various gathering areas (private lounge, bars, event areas, seated fine and casual dining). The scope of work also included running a new gas riser serving new kitchens from the basement level up to the 55th floor (approx. 755 ft.) within the existing core shaft, requiring extensive coordination with other contractors and multiple tenants to facilitate access to work.
