Westpac Institutional Bank engaged Reidy Contracting for a $2,000,000 upgrade and renovation of their existing floor plan, which included significant enhancements to their technical infrastructure. The project featured the integration of MDF rooms, server racks, and CRAC units to support the expanded operations. It also involved relocating a 1,000 SF data center within the office space while maintaining live operations. The design encompassed the construction of a new data center, installation of a full UPS system with new Bus Duct feeds, and new data lines extending to existing offices and trading desks. RCG managed the project with careful coordination, including two building electrical shutdowns, to complete the entire scope while the space remained occupied and fully operational.
