| This project involves the fit-out of 13 floors, a cellar, and a penthouse, totaling approximately 360,000 SF for Discovery’s new global headquarters. The first two phases, completed in late 2020 and summer 2021, included open work areas, private offices, conference rooms, and amenity spaces like lounges and a fitness room. The penthouse features a new steel structure with canopies and landscaping. The final phase, completed in October 2021, added studios, conference rooms, and a new elevator connecting the cellar to the 2nd floor. |
