Reidy Contracting Group successfully completed the renovation of a new computational lab in the Burchard Building, which involved significant demolition and architectural modifications. The project included the removal of an existing window A/C unit and installation of a new operable window, along with comprehensive upgrades to the MEP systems, including a new water source heat pump supplied by Stevens and modifications to the sprinkler system. The space was further enhanced with a new ceiling grid, upgraded finishes, new power locations, modern light fixtures, lighting controls, and data cables, ensuring a state-of-the-art facility for advanced computational work.
