Reidy Contracting Group completed the renovation of a café on the 1st floor, transforming the space into a cashier-less convenience store. The project included demolition, architectural modifications, and comprehensive upgrades to the MEP/FP systems and network infrastructure. Key elements of the scope involved the build-out of a new MDF closet, millwork storage, countertop installation, and new lighting with controls. A ceiling-mounted grid system and interior finishes were added to support the store’s operations. Proprietary equipment, including automated kiosks and turnstiles, was installed as outlined in the bid documents, delivering a modern, efficient retail space.
