RCG completed the build-out of a 150-seat theatre for the Screen Actors Guild. The work included the installation of a new mezzanine level for balcony viewing, including a new LULA lift. The theatre design included raised concrete isolated floors, stadium seating, and acoustic paneling for the walls and ceilings. The project involved extensive value engineering and constructability reviews to work within a budget while maintaining the functional performance and aesthetic quality of the space.
