RCG successfully completed an infrastructure upgrade project for NYU Langone, focusing on critical repairs and enhancements. The project involved the repair, replacement, and painting of steel dunnage for the cooling tower, as well as the installation of a durable Tnemec fiberglass-reinforced epoxy waterproofing system across two mechanical floors. To ensure the safety and integrity of the surrounding patient areas, new concrete curbs were constructed to create a waterproof “bathtub” barrier. All work adhered to strict ICRA protocols, including regular MOPS updates, detailed two-week look-ahead schedules, and close coordination with stakeholders to minimize disruption and maintain clear communication.
