In this construction management project, RCG was essential during pre-construction, supporting design development, managing multiple budget phases, and executing value engineering. The 47,000-square-foot build-out showcased an open-plan industrial design that preserved the building’s original character by Roger Ferris + Partners. The workspace included traditional private offices, conference rooms, support areas, and open spaces for support staff. RCG successfully met the ambitious 14-week construction timeline, despite numerous client-requested changes late in the project.
