This project involved a complete demolition and build-out of an open office space featuring telephone rooms and conference rooms equipped with Modernus office front systems and carpet throughout. It included a pantry with stone countertops and backsplash, along with ADA-compliant gender-friendly bathrooms. The space was enhanced with fabric wall panels, millwork credenzas, and millwork wall panels. Additionally, the elevator lobby was upgraded with metal cladding around the elevator frames and millwork display cases for showcasing swag and trophies.
