Following on to the successful completion of two projects at Intercept’s original location, Intercept brought RCG on board at their new location at Hudson Yards. RCG built out a new office space over the entire 37th floor as well as additional office space on the 40th and 41st floors at 10 Hudson Yards. Prior to this, Intercept Pharmaceuticals hired Reidy Contracting Group to build out a 12,300 SF new corporate office space at the “Milk Building” in Chelsea. The open plan design was surrounded by glass walled private offices, conference rooms, a main reception and a small pantry. Another project included renovating Intercepts additional space on the 6th floor which included , a staircase to connect the two floors. In this case, extra care was required to coordinate construction while the employees on the 5th floor remained fully operational.
