RCG completed the removal and replacement of Gracie Square Hospital’s service driveway, a critical access route above utility POEs and the hospital kitchen. The project required phased construction, temporary egress paths, and a detailed protection plan for impacted areas. Extensive engineering and cost analyses ensured stakeholder approval. Throughout construction, RCG maintained OSHA, ICRA, and mental health facility protocols.
