RCG completed the complete fit-out of the 44th floor of the Empire State Building, delivering a modern and adaptable office environment. The project features open-plan workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, break areas, a reception space, restrooms, and additional support areas. The scope also included the installation of new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, BMS, and AV/IT systems, ensuring the space is fully equipped for functionality and comfort.
