Build out consisted of extremely high end finishes designed by TMA. The space also consisted of some feature areas including an Entry Foyer, Technology Bar, Great Room, Cuisine & Dining, and Study & Collaboration. The design finishes had very high end millwork, blackened steel portals, reclaimed like wood wall paneling and poured designed floors. RCG was integral to the pre-construction, assisting with pricing for several design options and completeing numerous rounds of budgeting and value engineering.
