Reidy Contracting Group completed critical HVAC infrastructure upgrades, including new roof chillers, 7th-floor air handlers, dry coolers, and CRAC units. The project involved the demolition and expansion of a 21-inch thick poured concrete drug vault and the installation of a next-generation fuel tank with a cabinet foam fire suppression system. Additional work included new carpeting, ceiling tile replacement, and painting of existing floors, all executed in occupied spaces. Given the sensitive nature of the project, all onsite personnel maintained high-level government security clearance to ensure compliance and security throughout.
