Reidy Contracting Group successfully completed the full build-out of outpatient facilities for the Ophthalmology, Dermatology, and Otolaryngology departments. The project included 30 examination and treatment rooms, a reception area, waiting rooms, back-of-house administrative offices, and core bathrooms, along with a completely new MEPS infrastructure. The 22-week schedule was fast-tracked and condensed to 18 weeks, requiring close coordination with owner-supplied specialist equipment installers. RCG ensured a seamless handover of a fully functional facility, ready to welcome patients on schedule, with the punch list completed prior to delivery.
