Reidy Contracting Group constructed the Casper Sleep Shop, the brand’s first permanent retail space. Spanning 13,000 square feet, the store features oversized, whimsical objects that showcase Casper’s vision for the future of sleep. Designed by Hollwich Kushner, the retail area is divided into three distinct sections: a Lounge, Dreamery, and Retail area, along with a 10,000-square-foot basement for storage and back-of-house offices. A new suspended white grid beneath the original 16-foot terracotta ceiling visually unifies the space and highlights the unique elements throughout the store. The project was completed in two phases to allow the retail section to open to the public earlier.
