This project involved a high-end build-out on the 55th floor of the One Vanderbilt building. Designed to deliver an unparalleled hospitality experience, the space features two commercial kitchens and multiple refined dining and event areas. Every detail reflects exceptional craftsmanship, from the custom millwork, metal, and glass elements to the intricate ceiling fabrications that define the private lounge, bars, and fine and casual dining spaces.

A project of this scale required extensive logistical coordination, including the installation of a new gas riser running approximately 755 feet from the basement to the 55th floor within the existing core shaft—an engineering feat that demanded collaboration across multiple contractors and tenants. This was a milestone project for RCG, solidifying our expertise in high-end, complex interior construction at one of the city’s most iconic towers.
