RCG has successfully completed the development of a 75,000-square-foot, two-floor project featuring nine suites, each leased by separate tenants. The project involved customization for each suite, including glass office fronts, millwork, stone work, and carpeting. Additionally, core holes were required, requiring coordination with the occupied space below. RCG also renovated four elevator cabs and tiled the elevator lobbies.
